Classroom Teaching Positions
- Salary Range: $51,000-77,000

- Teachers must hold (or be able to get) an active Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) license or an Oregon TSPC charter school registry
- Training in Classical Education and curriculum for 3 weeks before school starts
- Hands-on Instructional Principal who will be in the classroom supporting and evaluating
- 4-day instructional week-Friday flex schedule
- Opening grades K-3 for Fall 2026 and then expanding each year until complete at K-8
- Strong commitment to helping each student reach grade level and above
- Mission: To develop students in mind and character through a classical education that emphasizes the principles of virtuous living, traditional learning, and civic responsibility.
